We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to modify or cancel your service agreements. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding service cancellations and refunds:
- Cancellation Requests: Clients may request the cancellation of services by contacting our customer support team at least 7 days prior to the desired termination date. This notice period allows us to process your request without disrupting any ongoing services.
- Refund Eligibility:
- Prepaid Services: If you have prepaid for services and choose to cancel before the service period begins, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable administrative fees specified in your contract.
- Ongoing Services: For services already in progress, refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of the service, calculated from the effective cancellation date.
- Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as custom software development or consultancy, may be non-refundable. These terms will be clearly outlined in the specific service agreement.
